Wedding experience policies
Final Guest Count: Your final guest count must be confirmed by the date outlined in your agreement. Once your order has been finalized, reductions may not be accommodated. Additional servings requested after the final confirmation are subject to additional fee.
Delivery & Presentation: Your Pavlova deserves a beautiful arrival. Delivery and setup details will be carefully coordinated with you, your planner, or your venue in advance. The venue must provide appropriate access and a suitable area for the dessert or service experience.

A refundable deposit of $50.00 must be paid for the pavlova’s baseboard. Once the baseboard has been returned to DPAVLOVA305 the deposit will be reimbursed.
Outdoor Celebrations: Pavlova is an elegant and delicate dessert, and its appearance can be affected by heat, humidity, direct sunlight, and rain. A proper shaded, cool temperature and protected area is required. If weather conditions become unsuitable, we will work with you to determine the best alternative to protect your Pavlova. However, we are not responsible for any improper storage conditions.
Allergies: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking and before your order is finalized. Our PAVLOVAS are made of egg whites, nuts or (without) as requested, sugar, dulce de leche, vanilla cream and fresh strawberries.
Changes to your celebration: We understand that wedding plans can evolve. Requests to modify flavors, quantities, designs, delivery details, or service arrangements must be made within the timeline outlined in your agreement. Changes requested after the deadline are subject to availability and may require an additional fee.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Because each wedding Pavlova is custom-designed and prepared specifically for your celebration, cancellations and date changes are subject to the terms of your agreement. Retainers are non-refundable (such as deposit). Rescheduling requests are welcomed whenever possible and are subject to availability.
Unforeseen Circumstances “We will always make every reasonable effort to provide the experience you have envisioned. In the event of circumstances beyond our control including severe weather, venue closures, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events reasonable alternatives will be discussed with you or your wedding planner”.
